This memorable event, often called Pass-In-Review (PIR), marked the successful completion of intense basic training for the newest Sailors of the United States Navy.

After weeks of rigorous physical training, academic instruction, teamwork development, and naval discipline, the recruits proudly marched across the drill hall floor in perfect formation.
